ADF4356: Why is there a difference in the number of bits that can be set as MOD2 between the EV-board and ADIsimPLL?

Question

I am wondering why the ADF4356 datasheet says [ MOD2 is the programmable, 28-bit auxiliary fractional modulus (2 to 268,435,455). ], but the ADIsim's MOD2 configuration allows only 14 bits of input (below). 
 
 Can anyone please share their wisdom?

Hi, 
 MOD2 is 28 bit in ADF4356 and 14 bit in ADF4355. I think the MOD2 limit in ADIsimPLL model is wrong just because the limit is copied from the ADF4355 model. 
 That does not look like a critical error because that much frequency change should not affect the simulation results.
