How to measure APD photo current using adl5303

Question

Hello. 
 I am measuring the APD photo current by configuring it as shown in the circuit below. 
 The current measured at this time is about 100pA to 100uA. 
 During measurement, the VLOG value is intermittently output to the maximum value, and the ADL5303 does not return normally. 
 I'd like to figure out the cause. What should I do?
