HMC321A control volage

Question

Hi, the datasheet for the HMC321A says the control voltage high is +2.0 to +5.0V. Can you please confirm if I can use 3.3V control voltage while running the HMC321A at VCC = 5.0V? Thanks

Hi Umesh, 
 For HMC321A, with the supply voltage Vdd = +5V, the control voltage high could be in the range of +2V to +5V, as stated in the datasheet. Therefore, setting the control voltage high to +3.3V should work.)
