We don't have a systemvue model but I can send you a .csv file with gain, nf, p1dB, ip3 and s11/s22 data which you can import into SystemVue. Give me a day or two to find and format the data.
Here is a .csv file that you can load into SystemVue. The easiest way to load this file is to load an existing sys-parameter model from the ADI library, then change the pointer to the source data file so that it points to this file.
