    Hello,
     
     For one of our new projects we need several MAX2871 devices. Due to the fact that we currently 
     are not able to buy these devices , we decided  buy the last 4 available EVB-Kits from our distributor. 
     For our development breadboards , we thought we could simply disconnect the PIC controller
     and connect the PLL control signals to out own controller.
     
     Unfortunately it seems it is not that simple without destroying the EVB. I would like to keep
     the EVB-KITs as they are.
     
     My question is, is the USB communication protocol between the PC-Software and 
     KIT available? In this case we could possibly convert our own serial signals into a
     USB connection to control MAX2871KITs. It is complicated but it would keep the KITs.
     
     Can anybody help please?
