Hi all,
I'm planning to use one of these 3 RF detectors in my Master's project and I would like to run a simulation in LTSpice or any other similar software before I build my prototype PCB. I cannot find simulation models in LTSpice for neither of these ICs ADL5501,ADL5505 or ADL5903. Any suggestions or work arounds would be much appreciated, please.
Thanks in advace for your support,
Federico
Hello Federico,
Many of the Analog Devices RF power detector products are still awaiting the development of the LTspice models.
As a workaround, we can only suggest to consider developing a simplified behavioral model for these parts, based on published datasheet Typical Performance Characteristic graphs.
