ADRF5424 Die Form

 Is ADRF5424 available in die form? 
 What does Die on Carrier means?

Hello, 
 Die on carrier products are for chip and wire assemblies and are ideal for modules assemblies. The switch die is manufactured in a silicon process attached on a gallium arsenide (GaAs) carrier substrate. The substrate incorporates the bond pads for chip and wire assembly, and the bottom of the device is metalized, connected to ground. Silicon die used on ADRF5424 is not available but ADRF5424 itself can be used as a die product.
