Help for Vdd Supply for RF amplifier HMC591

Question

Hi, 
 I am using HMC591LP5E chip as a part of my PCB, so I should find a power supply chip like a LDO chip for the positive supply voltage for HMC591LP5E. From the datasheet, the positive voltage applied for HMC591LP5E named Vdd should be 7V, and the current should be 1340mA. Can you give some recommandatins forthe positive power supply chip. The power supply chip may should be with ultrow low noise or some other characteristic.

Hi ZXYU, 
 The LDO are offered as packaged devices only. 
 The LT3806 has the ability to drive the HMC591. 
 You also could put a switcher upstream set with marginally higher VOUT than the LDO requires, the result being max efficiency and min heat lost in the LDO. The LTC3604 looks like a good choice for the switcher.
