What ist the temperature sensitivity of the AD8318 at 3.6 GHz and 5.8 GHz with the R_TADJ resistor having 500 Ohms?
In the datasheet, the temperature sensitivity at 3.6 GHz and 5.8 GHz is only specified with R_TADJ of 51 and 1000 Ohms respectively.
We want to use the AD8318 over its full frequency range without adjusting the Resistor R_TADJ, if possible.
I assume the best broadband temperature sensitiviy is achieved by setting R_TADJ to 500 Ohms?
