Hi, I have two questions blow. I'd appreciate if you could answer these questions. 
 
 Questions 
 1) Please tell me know the X-axis coordinates of the red circle land. 2) If there are some pads on the backside, please share the land information with me.

Hi Gattu, 
 If you are asking for this dimension: 
 
 It is difficult to give solid numbers for dimensions such as this as they can vary from die to die due to the saw method. If you are asking for the dimension of the pad itself it is included in the datasheet. 
 2). The size of the ground slug below the die is 1.82 x 1.82mm.
