The linearity of the amplifier is dependent on frequency can be extrapolated from the typical OP1dB and Psat data given in the data sheet. You can relate this to the input via:
OP1dB (dBm) = IP1dB (dBm) + Small Signal Gain (dB) - 1 dB
Additional graphs in the data sheet give you an idea of how linear the HMC465LP5 is over temperature. Here is the datasheet for your reference:
