HMC 907 Bias Tee

For such broadband operation usually one single inductor is not sufficient. I would recommend you serial combination of 2 inductors e.g. n*1nH and n*100nH, of course low value inductor is closer to signal path. Instead of high value inductor EMI filter can be also a good end cheap choice. Please simulate it in order to identify possible parasitic serial resonance and suppress it (using e.g. RC combination) .

thank you for your answer, yes I mean DC current. In fact I try using a 10nH inductor, but the wire diameter is not enough for managing the DC current.

I read the article, and I would like to apply it also for this amplifier.

I would like to use the Coilcraft 0402DF-560 XJR inductor, for both HMC797 and HMC907, do you think it could work?
