Hi all,
In the datasheet @ HMC241AQS16E, Power supply spec is only Single Positive Supply: Vdd = +5V.
Vdd = +3.0V ~ +3.3V is abailable ?
e.g. HMC244AG16 spec ; Single Positive Supply: Vdd = +5V, +3V
Best regards,
sss

Hi,
HMC241AQS16 and HMC241ALP3 uses the same die, only packages are different. HMC241ALP3 datasheet is updated with +3V data, but HMC241AQS16's datasheet is not revised.
As it can be seen from HMC241ALP3 datasheet, when the part is supplied with +3V supply, P1dB and P0.1dB compression power degrades. Likewise, you would require additional 5dB power derating from the AMR table of HMC241AQS16.
