Looking at the truth table of HMC245A, RF1 is turned on when A and B are both low, but if it is passive, that is, VDD=0V, is this truth table true? If it is not established, VDD=0V, and then the A and B terminals are both low level, how will the circuit behave?
English is not good, use translation software, hope to forgive.
VDD needs to be biased at +5V in order for HMC245A to work properly. A = B = 0V will turn on RF1. A and B are digital control pins, which are different from VDD supply pin.
