What different with HMC1010 and HMC1020 and HMC1120?

Question

Could anyone clarify and give me any advice? 
 Part : HMC1010, HMC1020, HMC1120 
 Customer wants to change to HMC1120 due to Last Time Buy of HMC1010&HMC1020. 
 I know Dynamic Range & Vdd and Vcc are different. 
 1. What are the advantages, disadvantages, and comparisons of the three products? 2. Do I ask the exact definition/purpose and use of PIN7 of HMC1120? 3. Is there any problem with the product even if PIN6&11&12 of HMC1120 is set to GND? 
 Please kindly help. Please. Can someone tell me?

Hi there, 
 HMC1020 has improved summation circuitry for better sensitivity and dynamic range, when compared to HMC1010. 
 HMC1120 is somewhat newer design, compared to either HMC1010 or HMC1020. Internal architecture has some proprietary improvements that result in improved log conformance, compared to either HMC1010 or HMC1020. 
 1. Answered above. Also see DS for detailed spec comparison. 
 2. PIN7 of HMC1120, the Envelope tracking pin, is typically used in HPA designs, AM or OOK demod, crest factor reduction, etc. 
 3. Pin 6 can be driven positive by the internal diode, see DS page 12. It should NOT be grounded. That could cause excess current and electrical overstress. Sorry I can't find any info on pins 11 and 12, so we can only recommend to follow datasheet recommendation and leave unconnected.
