AD8363_rise/fall time improving

Dear team,

AD8363 is reviewed to detect the 3.5GHz TDD signal( 5G NR 100M).

We want the faster rise/fall timi of this part than 1us.

Is ther any wat to imporve it?

    Sorry about delayed response.

    You could try less capacitance at CLPF pin, less than the 390pF recommended min value, which may work out OK if RF input frequency is held high, which means in this case lets say 3GHz or higher. If that doesn't work out, we have some other RMS detectors with faster response time. See for example AD8362 and ADL5903.  -Bruce H.
