Hi,
I have a request and a question about AD8319. Please take care of this case.
<Request>
I would like to have the following characteristics with a frequency of 4.5 GHz and 5 GHz. Please provide graphs or equivalent data.
AD8317 or AD8318 is also acceptable.
<Question>
ADIsimRF did not have a simulation model for AD8319. Is there any way to simulate AD8319?
AD8317or AD8318 is also acceptable.
I was considering to use HMC713 but it is discontinued, so I'm considering to change to AD8319.
Regards,
Kazu
Hi Kazu,
Moving this to the RF and Microwave community.
Hello Kazu,
Sorry we don't have data at the exact frequencies you request, but please consider linear interpolation of the AD8319 datasheet 3.6 and 5.8 GHz response/error plots:
In the future we plan to add more detector models to the LTspice program, but unfortunately right now the AD8319 simulation capability does not yet exist. We do have LTspice model for AD8310 log detector, if that might help. -Bruce H.
