I did a search in the Wafer Fabrication Data page and found that there are many devices fabricated using the "BiCMOS" process. Besides the ADAR1000, what other "BiCMOS" process devices are also SiGe based?
Some further searching suggests that the "BiCMOS" process may also include Linear Compatible CMOS (L2CMOS) devices, though I am unsure if there are also SiGe-based L2CMOS devices.
