We have some questions.

Could you support the switchig time data for the two parts?

  • I think that I can provide some indirect answers to your question. The ADTR1107 front end module uses HMC1082 and HMC903 for its PA and LNA. We have some data where we measured the on-off response time of the ADTR1107 when it was being controlled by the ADAR1000 beamformer. I have attached these results. The blue trace is the signal on the TR (input) pin of ADAR1000 and the green and red traces are the detected envelope at the output of the LNA or PA. If you want to try and figure out the rise times of the LNA and PAs by themselves, take at look at the plots in the ADAR1000 datasheet which show similar date but only for the ADAR1000 by itself.
