See attached file for VNA LTC5532 input impedance measurement data.
The data shows the 7 to 12 GHz input impedance rotating past self-resonance as seen on the Smith chart, meaning that some custom impedance matching will be required.
For wideband applications, it may be difficult to achieve adequate impedance match with only reactive matching elements. In this case, a combination of resistive and reactive matching elements should work well, although detector response will likely exhibit some degradation up at the higher frequencies. -Bruce H.
