ADF4110 minimum frequency of REFin and RFin

We have not tested the exact lowest minimum frequency that REFIN and RFIN can go and still be operational. At final test in the ATE we only measure and guarantee the device works to the min frequency number given in the spec table, while staying within max power/swing values.

With that said, the frequency is not the issue, it is the slew rate that needs to be met. So theoretically there should be no minimum frequency if the slew rate requirements can be met. Since REFIN/RFIN need to be AC coupled, below maybe 0.1MHz you might start to have issues with the DC blocking capacitor
