Dear sir,
I want to use power-amplifier model HMC408,HMC415. I know these models require external components for output matching.
However, I want to verify these model on the FR4 board, not the Rogers4350 board, so I would like to know more accurate information.
If the dielectric constant is changed, I think there will be changes in the values of the capacitor and inductor at the output stage.
Also, there is no information on the thickness of the substrate,which makes an estimate of the value more difficult.
These parts cannot be checked with the S2p file, so I ask you this Q&A.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to set these capacitor and inductor configuration values at the output matching.
Just so you know, I want to use the 0.6 mm thickness of the FR4 ( Dielectric Constant = 4.6 ) board.
