I am looking to drive a mosFET gate from an app and am currently designing the receiver. I looked through the data sheets and technical documents and couldn't find an example circuit like there usually is. I need help selecting the external RLC components for the either ADF 7241/7242 chips, and configuring the IC to receive the pulse and drive the FET?
If there is a better IC for this application I am open to exploring another option as well.
