Can HMC8038 used in WiFi 6E band 5925MHz~7125MHz? or do we have linearity data such as P0.1dB or IIP3 up to 7.125GHz?

Hi:

One of our customer want to use HMC8038 in WiFi 6E band 5925MHz~7125MHz.

HMC8038 data sheet gives some data about insertion loss up to 7GHz.

And according to the S parameter that provided on our official website, the insertion loss, return loss and isolation performance are acceptable for customer.

The customer wondering that do we have some linearity data such as  P0.1dB or P1dB and IIP3tested up to 7.125GHz?

    We measured 0.1dB compression at 7.125GHz to be same with 6GHz. Thus you may assume P0.1dB as ~35dBm.

    What is the required power level for this application and what is the ambient temperature? 

    34dBm is the recommended power level up to 6GHz (25C and 85C, 5V), we need to evaluate 7.125GHz power limitation...
