Hello. I am trying to use hmc911 or hmc877 chip as time delay in RF line in Ku band phased array antenna.
I wonder if this plan to utilize these two chips is appropriate for these applications.
Also, the above two chips basically have the RF stage designed as a differential input/output,
If I want to use this chip as a single-ended, is it OK terminating the other pad with 50 ohms and using single pair of in/out pads?
