We are considering using the HMC903LP3E in a design where DC power would be supplied at the output connector, meaning the RF Output pin would see this DC voltage. The datasheet does no list abs max DC voltage permissible on that pin, but does indicate AC coupled output with effective internal DC blocking cap, although the "interface schematic" (I assume equivalent circuit) shows a resistor after the cap going to ground.
What is the absolute max DC voltage permissible at the RF Output pin (RFOUT)?
Is the resistor shown in the equivalent circuit a high value, perhaps >>1k ohm that we can disregard if we want to present DC at the RFOUT pin?
