ADMV1013 and ADMV1014 turn on

Hi,

I am using the ADMV1013

First I turn on the device with a voltage of 5 V. Then I start the ACE software.

After switching on, the blue light of the equipment turns on.

And after about 40 seconds, the blue light starts flashing. the equipment automatically disconnects from the computer.

I am also using the ADMV1014 and it is the same problem.

Can you help me start the two modules correctly?
