HMC1010_MTBF and FIT data

I'm not aware that Analog Devices has MTBF or FIT information on this device. My understanding is there are 3rd party models available to help predict MTBF, based on the process, an estimate of the IC complexity, and how much the device is electrically stressed (how close to Abs Max specs). 

Also you might consider HMC1120 as a recommended and improved substitute for HMC1010 functional capability.   -Bruce H.
