HMC828 pin not connect to GND

Question

Hi Analog Support team, 
 Part : HMC828LP6CE 
 I read the HMC828LP6CE components datasheet that recommends the NC pin to ground. But I check the HMC828LP6CE Evaluation Board, the NC pin is not connected GND as recommended in datasheet. Can you help me check if the NC pin I connect to GND like the image, is there any problem?

Hi Phong, 
 These pins are not internally bonded to anywhere so it actually does not matter where they are connected to. 
 To ease layout design, these are connected to the closest plane.
