Dear Sir/Madam,

I have checked the wafer fabrication and it state BiCMOS.

I would like to find out the if ADRF5021 (SPDT) is based on BiCMOS SiGe fabrication?

Hi Yus,

Thanks for the updates, noted on the fab is based on Silicon on insulator(SOI)

I notice quite a few device mentioned example Silicon SPDT Switch, are all this device based on SOI also?

Next, is HMC662LP3E also based on SOI or SiGe fabrication.

We can't generalize the case between silicon and soi processes. However, SOI is very prevalent in our products.
