Hi
What is the typical gate voltage 1-4 when Idd is 2200mA?
Is the Gate voltage will varying with different batches of HMC1121 or different HMC1121 devices?
If the gate voltage has variation on different HMC1121, than what is the voltage variation?
On a small same of devices, I'm seeing VGG vary from device to device from -0.8V to -0.84V to maintain IDQ at 2200 mA at 25 degC. To deal with this variation, we recommend using an active bias controller circuit such as HMC980.

Hello Enash, We are dealing with VGG variations and analyzing the addition of two bias controllers but I think that perhaps there is a simpler solution... What about an SPI digital potentiometer connected to the LDO regulator? I know it is not a common solution for this problem, but I would like to listen your opinion, thanks!!!
