HMC608 Gate Leakage

Hi! 
 We measured gate leakage current from Vgg node. The measured current is about 1.5 mA. Is this normal? or damaged?

I believe that this is normal. The characterization data I've looked at show a similar level with the current being negative, that is, flowing out of the pin. So if you are getting normal gain and other characteristics of the part are normal, you can assume that the part is not damaged.
