rf power measurement chip ADL5920? Any suggestions

1) ADL5920 detectors each have a slope and intercept. After measuring output voltage, the forward or reflected power is easily calculated, knowing the slope and intercept as constants. Reference datasheet page 21. Make sure the MCU analog inputs are specified to cover the full detector analog output voltage range, which is about 0 to 4 Volts.

2) ADL5920 is normally used with a PLL synthesizer or other equivalent RF source which sets the intended measurement frequency.

The link above points to ADL5505, another rms detector, single channel without the reflectometer bridge that the ADL5920 includes. 

Neither of these Analog Devices measure power in a given frequency range. The ICs are broadband, responding to power over wide frequency range.

    then i go back to same question

[3] Are there any other IC's with ADI which can do RF measurement in any given Freq Range and has a interface like I2C/SPI or even Voltage to measure is also ok? Like all in one chip? Need is tunability of frequency range [Fmin and Fmax].

ADI has a line of tunable filters that may work for your application. See https://www.analog.com/en/parametricsearch/11258#/. These are programmable by various methods: analog and digital. Then use a detector at the output of the filter to measure the power within the filter bandpass region. Perhaps this could help.    -Bruce H.
