Hi,
I wonder if there is something wrong with the chip, ADRF5019.
I used this chip to implement SPDT Switch.
Now, It is under the test which is related to loss reliability to secure constant Insertion loss value after repeatedly switched.
Problem is this:
While Switching Repeat test, Insertion loss gradually decreases.

Count no. is the number of switching repeated.
All the insertion loss get decreases when switching over and over again.
The more switching It repeats, the less Insertion loss It has.
You can see this graph that indicates insertion loss of SPDT.
This Phenomenon appears at all frequencies.
This is a very bad characteristic to SPDT switch which has to give a constant insertion loss regardless of the number of repetition.
Can you help me find the problem?
