To get best performance, you need to apply bias to both VDDnA and VDDnB as shown in the assembly diagram. This can be done using one power supply. Although connected on the chip, there is a slight IR drop and this could cause lower performance when VDD bias is applied to only one. Same is the case with VGGnA and VGGnB.
