ADF4116 hold CP voltage

Hello,

I'm using ADF416 with 10M REF. I want to hold CP voltage when 10M REF is off.

Do you know any function to hold CP voltage when  this IC is unlocked?

Some system on and off 10M REF. So I want hold CP voltage while10M is off.

Best Regards,

    Hi,

It is not possible to hold the CP voltage at the same level it was prior to ref being removed, PLL will always unlock without reference. It will relock straight away without any further programming when ref is re-applied.

On later PLLs (e.g. ADF4106) It is possible to force the CP down to its lowest value or force it up to its highest value, but I do not think the ADF411x had this testmode implemented
