HMC566 powering

 Hello dear colleagues!

Could you clear, are the power inputs Vdd1...Vdd4 supplied the same voltage or they need the different voltage?

Is there the voltage sequence that need be followed?

If the powering voltage on Vdd1...Vdd4 is the same, can we use fewer inputs?

    The same single external power supply voltage should be applied to all four pins in parallel.  The applications schematic has an excessive amount of power supply decoupling capacitors. You can reduce this if that is a concern. I would recommend keeping a 100 pf cap on each VDD pin.  Then connect the four Vdd  lines together and add a single 1uf or 4.7uf cap.  Take a look at the datasheet for die version of the package.  This is a more reasonable approach to a power supply decoupling scheme.  Regarding sequencing, VDD should be present before RF is applied.
