ADRF5547 LNA : Measuring spur at LNA output on 4.4GHz frequency

Thread Summary

The user observed a spur at 4.4 GHz (~-67 dBm) on the ADRF5547 LNA output when both channels are enabled, but not when a single channel is active. The final answer suggests checking the power supply type, ensuring adequate via placement on the exposed paddle, and measuring supply currents in different modes. Additional recommendations include verifying the presence of 10 uF capacitors for LNA supplies, 100 pF capacitors for PD, BP, and SWCTRL pins, and ensuring 50 ohm loads at inputs and outputs.

Hi

We used ADRF5547 on our design. ADRF5547 integrated dual channel LNA. When we only turn on single LNA, the behavior is normally. But when we turn on dual channel LNA, we would measure  a spur at LNA output on 4.4GHz frequency without any signal input LNA. And this spur power ~ -67dBm. Is ADRF5547 have this spur when turn on dual channel LNA? If yes, how to resolved it?

Thanks
