I wonder what is the maximum voltage rating of the integrated DC-block capacitor of the HMC430 oscillator https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/hmc430.pdf or generally HMC Oscillators. The datasheet does not give any details on that unfortunately.
I intent to operate the VCO on a different DC-level, so the output would see approximately 7V DC component., DC-blocked via the internal capacitor.
If possible I want to avoid placing an additional, external series capacitor in the signal line. However, if you tell me I´m on the cutting edge already I would place one for safety reasons, of course.
I would appreciate any hint or ressource. Thanks in advance!
