We are looking for a high speed compactor which has the input equivalent BW up to 20GHz

Hi EZ experts, 
 
 We are looking for a high speed Compactor which has the equivalent BW up to 20GHz 
 As we know, the highest input equivalent BW is about 10GHz like HMC674 or HMC874. 
 
 But our new application need a 20GHz input equivalent BW compactor, do you have any solution for this?

There are parts supporting >20GHz in our high speed logic gates and flip flops. Since their input interface is differential, one input can be used as threshold and the other input could be used as the signal needs to be compared.
