What are the test conditions for each of the above four parameters?
Input frequency, input level, reference plane,etc.

What is the configuration of the connection between the measuring instrument test port and the IC port?

All of the s2p file formats S11, S21, S12, and S22 are described in each of the above four parameters.
We understand that mixer measurement is 1 port (RF, IF, LO) data for each, but how should we understand the above data?

    Thank you for reply!

    We understood these data as the data including the loss measured at the connector end of the evaluation board.

    So there is another question.
    The attached file is the data of HMC521 and HMC521A.
    The data of HMC521 is described by S1P 1 port data.
    On the other hand, HMC521A is described by S2P 2 port data (S11, S12, S21, S22).
    What is the difference between these?
    What kind of measurement method is used to acquire the S11, S12, S21, and S22 data of the HMC521A, and which data is the 1-port data for each port (RF, LO, IF)?
