The data sheet for the HMC784A says that 10W RF power is achievable by using a Vdd of 8V and a control voltage swing of 0 to 8V.  Can you provide a suggested high speed driver circuit for the 8V configuration.

Also, does the switching speed and or RF rise time of this device negatively impacted by the 8V biasing?  

I'm also curious to know what amplitude of any switching transients from this device with either 5v or 8v biasing.
