hmc767 PLL sweep time

Question

im using Hmc767 eval kit. i have swept a bandwidth of 150Mhz using two way sweep auto ramp mode, i want to measure the sweep time. how can i measure the sweep time. i am programing for various sweep time so i want to verify whats the sweep time im actually getting, can i see the ramp signal on the oscillocope.

Hi, 
 While sweeping you can look at vtune on an oscilloscope and this will show a reasonable approximation of your ramp profile, especially if it's just time domain/ramp timing you are interested in. 
 Or you could connect the RF output to a spectrum analyser with a transient analysis feature with enough measurement bandwidth
