AD831 vs AD8342 vs LTC5562 conversion phase

Question

Hi, 
 I'm looking for a mixer that the conversion phase gap must be small between different RF input power. 
 For example, AD831 conversion phase gap between RF input -20dBm & -40dBm is about less than 0.1 degree, but AD8342 & LTC5562 are about more than 2 degree. 
 AD831's conversion phase is suit for our device system, but bandwidth is not enough. 
 What's difference between AD831 and the others? 
 Can the other mixers' conversion phase gap between different RF input power be improved?

Hi, 
 
 You could try wider band on AD831 but we didn't characterize the part for wider band so could not guarantee the performance. 
 You could try to increase the LO power see if it could improve the phase gap but I believe this is a more intrinsic spec for mixer.
