ADL6012 has differential output pair. I want to use single ended output in my application. ADL6012 single ended output will go into comparator input.     Hi Atif,
    

    You could try it, but performance will likely suffer greatly. We recommend differential treatment of the ADL6012 output. 
    

    If you do try the single-ended output, you might get best results with 100 Ohm diff. termination across both outputs, like shown in datasheet Fig. 64. You then drive the comparator single-ended.
