HMC834 Reference Input Voltage

Question

Good day. I have a few questions. 
 1. The Electrical Specifications lists an input reference voltage of 3.3 Vp-p. In table 2 it takes the value 2.5 Vp-p. Which value is correct? 
 2. Is the HMC834 RF output differential or single-ended?

Hi, 
 1) 3.3 Vpp is the maximum rating for reference input as given in electrical specifications. Table 2 gives the suggested values and the important point is to provide 0.5 V/ns slew rate without exceeding 3.3 Vpp. 
 2) Output is single ended and is connected to pin 28.
