Hello,
Are there any reliability reports with accelerated temperature test data and/or FIT rates available for this part?
Thank you

Hi,
We have done Temp cycle testing and SHR testing on this part at the time of release.
Warm Regards,
Rachana
Could you please link to those?
Thanks
It does, thank you.
One thing I don't understand is table 1. There are multiple process types and transistor counts. Not sure how to read that table. Could you explain?
If Table 1 in the report has multiple die listed in the characteristics it means there are multiple die in the product package.

Rachana
Please let me know if you have any further questions on this.

Hi Rachana, circling back to this,
If there are multiple dies, how does one know what they are going to get from the distributor or analog directly? This seems like an uncontrolled risk to the end user if they can't tell what process they are getting. Different die-types can produce very different risk profiles.
HI,
All these multiple dies are in the same product package .. So every part that gets shipped for HMC625B has these same set of multiple dies. This part is a MMIC which is a digital controlled VGA and has different modules/ ICs in it.. hope this helps

Rachana
Thank you. That does help a lot.
