Hi,
thanks for posting the layout here. The layout looks ok from here with nice RF practices including vias.
I noticed you use 100pF and 100nF decoupling capacitors for LNA supplies. Please use 1nF and 10uF supply caps to LNA. We know that choosing correct supply caps affect the isolation performance. Please also refer to the EVB user guide
