Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to operate the HMC7229LS6 from 33 GHz.
I have looked at S2P file of the LS6 and seems like there is good gain, around 20dB, but just a bit poor S11. Is that poor matching the reason why it is not recommended from 33GHz?
I've also seen the die version is specified from 33GHz.
