ADMV1011-EVALZ pin specification

Question

Hi all, 
 
 These are some questions about ADM1011-EVALZ. 
 
 @Figure 56. Typical Application Circuit in the datasheet and top view of ADM1011-EVALZ, 
 Q1. VDI, VDQ (IF1,IF2) specification 
 operetion voltage and AMR input dc voltage ? 
 Q2. VCTRL1, VGMIXER 
 Are these pins left open, OK ?

Hi, 
 1) The VDI and VDQ are used to inject a DC current to null the mixer LO leakage at the RF output. These pins have an absolute max current specification shown in table 4 (2mA source/sink). 
 2) There are no such pins on the part. Please see Figure 2 and Table 6.
